iTunes has in the past offered free downloads of music, usually for promotional reasons, and now has started doing the same with video. The only difficulty is searching the iTunes Music Store to locate theses freebies. That may have become a whole lot easier thanks to the Free iTunes Blog. I picked up on this blog from Lifehacker.com where I read an interview with the creator. Eventhough the blog was originally intended for music, it has begun carrying video downloads. This is in my opinion a very convenient way to get some free content. You should check it out regularly because the free downloads are usually only available for a very limited time

The creator says:

"It was a hassle to go through the music store interface to find out what the
free downloads were, so I started this blog to provide an easier way to find out
what iTunes songs are free each week. Subscribe to the feeds and wait for the
songs you want to download in your RSS reader."
