ITunes Season Passes Are Way To Go

By Sherri

Watching a television show one episode at a time and patiently waiting for the next regular air time to see more can be tough. If you're like me, it's nearly impossible.
Back in the days of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel," I'd watch the clock waiting for the next episode to air. If something got in the way of the show's regular air time - work, traffic, the birth of my first daughter - I'd practically lose my mind. (Okay, just kidding on the daughter part. I had a friend lined up to tape the episode!)
Knowing I'm patience challenged, I now tend to wait and buy shows I love one season at a time. That way I can catch an entire season in a weekend or two. Running to the store now (with two daughters in tow) isn't always the easiest either, so I was very happy to see that iTunes is offering some great season passes and multi passes, too.
With titles like "South Park," "Lost," and "The Daily Show" available there are some pretty big draws to this feature. The total listings of full seasons are a little light compared to the site's full offerings, but it's likely to get better.
Most of the shows that have season passes sell for about the same amount as they would for buying the DVDs, but some are cheaper. Either way, count me in, there's no traffic to fight, store lines to stand in or kids begging for "Wiggles" DVDs. Sounds good to me!
