Free TV On iTunes

By Sherri
Whoever said you can’t get something for nothing, hasn’t visited iTunes lately. The download site has a very interesting collection of free television shows for viewers to check out.The free offerings include such things as “Learn Along With Sesame” for the kiddies, a “Lost” survival guide, a catch up episode of “Jericho” before the premiere Wednesday night and even the pre-air premiere of “The Agency.” In addition, there’s even the pilot episode of “Friday Night Lights” available for perusal.
While the idea is to hook viewers into buying other episodes, the free shows are a great way to catch up and see if a particular title is worth the price of admission.
I have to admit, I’ve become very addicted to iTunes thanks to some of these promotions. The quality of the downloads is fantastic and the lack of commercials makes the shows perfect for quick viewing. Network streaming sites are a great way to catch up, but the commercials (however short) tend to get in the way a bit.
